Barwork.

So I've been kinda bored lately and in a lil bit of a rut. Got kinda sick of waitressing, smiling and being nice to people in general. So I got myself a new job just to rant and for stress relief on the weekends. I work there now on saturdays and its heaps fun! You get to listen to good music - being rnb or drum and base or dance or whatever it is that week. I kinda miss just chilling to good music and not having to be nice. You can tell people to shove it if you don't wanna serve them cos they've had too much to drink. Never realised how fun it is pouring drinks too. Although potentially it could be heaps more fun on the other side of the bar, its good for now. You make money doing something you love doing. Other types of music I like too don't get me wrong but I can chill to that at home. My current faves are jazz and opera. Its very relaxing when you've had a long and stressful day. Although my current rnb fav is fergie's glamourous. Its super catchy and I just love grooving and singing along to it. This weekend will be fun working too - I reckon it'll be easy as shit cos its ministry of sound weekend and everyone there will be too drugged up to order proper drinks - ill be dishing out redbull and water... muahaha slack! Besides that I've taken two weeks off burswood of no work... should be hell relaxing for me since I never NOT work there. It's been since the hols where I've taken a break from there... only time will tell how refreshed I've been. Feel like going off to melb or sydney next week... i might just do that!
