20 hours.

20 hours of work yesterday. I am officially insane. I have broken all work records I had by 1.5 hours... a country mile when you think about it. Its insane how you feel and pull up the next day. I woked from 7am to 5am basically. I feel sore today, my cough has visited me again after not coughing one WHOLE day... and I feel sore all over. My throat hurts, my backs hurt and boy the soles of my feet HURT. I am officially in pain. I don't know why I agree to this shit. Anyway I woke up at 11am after an official 4 hours or less sleep, had to go to lunch with the olds while they proceeded to nag me on my duties now I am older, and yes I am tired, annoyed and ranting. Haha not that annoyed today though. More tired and in pain than anything else. Anywhoo... I have cancelled work today in half and hour - who the hell is going to work the next day after a 20 hour shift and 4 hours sleep? That is suicide I tell ya, your body needs rest, water and more rest. Hm which reminds me I drank too many red bulls to keep me awake yesterday so i havent been having a good sleep... urgh.
