Countdown Part 1.

Wow TIME does fly... it is finally the wonderful month of november and it is almost time for the end of my nightshift. Nightshift finishes before november finishes, my last one being on the 23rd of november... so counting tonight that is exactly 14 shifts to go or 108 hours if i have calculated properly... haha but i've only had less than 6 hours sleep so er... that is debatable. I've had my first shift since training and i've been rostered on the main floor... SIGH... back in my favourite pit. Lucky my favourite pB wasn't in there... sigh would make the night a WHOLE lot worse...

Hong kong is rapidly approaching. It seems like just yesterday we were just talking about it, just yesterday we were actually booking the flights and just yesterday we were booking the accomodation. I was looking at the pictures of the hotel, I had really bad expectations about it, but now it wasn't as bad as I had first imagined. I thought the guys had booked some sort of ymca accomodation but it actually looks really decent the pictures of the room, restaurants and vicinity. Otherwise I would have nightmares of being eaten alive by dust or bed bugs... ew... hehe. 56 days left till we leave... yayness... excitement is still sinking in. The aussie dollar looks like it is on an upward trend too so I am happy, it has been stable in deviating from a certain low and high but it does look like it is getting better. Hopefully it will be higher than it is now for later... hope it picks up by holiday time huh?

New years is coming up too... wow the year 2009!! Amazing huh? Anyway some work people are going to melbourne next fortnight... I really wanna go too but I don't know if i'll have enough money saved up for hk if i go and have a punt... sigh I guess I'll have to wait till after hols for that to happen... Urgh work tonight again... feel so lazy... see how it pans out later... my washing is in the washing machine at the moment teehee... and I think we have a nice romantic dinner planned tomorrow night... yay much needed relaxation time! away from work! woo... days off coming up again!
